Trish is cool, but in terms of contribution I feel like she gets too much credit in the sense that other women who offered an awful lot within the limits of WWE get overlooked in favour of her. I'm a Melina fan and appreciate everything she (and Mickie James - who outshone Trish by a mile in that legendary story) accomplished, but within the peak of Trish's era I think it's important to look at her main rivals - Jazz/Molly/Victoria/Lita/Mickie (and even Stephanie) - and consider how much they helped her

I agree it's sad when the other girls get overlooked, but it doesn't mean Trish doesn't deserve the praise. All the girls you mentioned apart from Lita were all pretty one dimensional. They were just wrestlers their whole career. When I say Trish is the best diva, I'm not just talking about her wrestling era, I'm talking all the way back to her days as a manager. She came in as a fan with zero training, and within 2 years she went from being one of the best managers in the company, to working the main event along side Vince, Triple H, Austin, Rock, Taker and the top dogs, to being women's champion. That's when she started feuding with Jazz/Victoria/Molly, and by that point, she was already one of the most memorable divas ever. Then she just got to prove she had it in the ring too. So yeah, those girls helped her become one of the best in the ring and a HOF'er by helping her look good, but she was already Trish before they came along.

Having said all that, I do like all the girls that have come and gone throughout the years and I don't want this to turn into the Trish thread, so let's enjoy Victoria's awesome theme. Her debut one, not the crappy Nicki Minaj one:
