The greyed out individual with a red 'x' has been eliminated and the winner moves onto the next bracket as seen by the green arrow. |

Thank you, that is exactly correct. I was gonna add lines connecting but thought it was easier to understand back before round 2 filled up.

Forgot to reply! Yes this makes sense now:)) But does this not mean some people get automatically to round 2, like randy orton, barrett etc?

Yes. We did nominations to decide who was placed where on the bracket. The 8 highest nominated superstars and divas were automatically placed in Round 2. It's like the NFL playoffs where the best teams skip the first round.
If you look at the 2013/14 brackets it will probably make more sense to you. I didn't do much explaining of the rules this year.
