Unfortunately I had to go back and double check all the past matches to make sure people were playing fair, and stumbled across this:  I was hoping I wouldn't have to be too strict on the IP addresses and everyone would just play fair, but I guess I'm going to have to look more carefully :\ Please don't let this happen again. As a result of this, Cena and Mundo are actually tied 6-6, so we need a tie breaker!

this has always been the tie-breaker rule. Tried other methods in the past and this works best. If we get more voters in here I'll bump it up to 5 next round.
